This 2 day (4x 1.5hr lessons) course will take the complete novice and teach them the skills to sail away, turn the board and sail back to the beach.

Beginner Winging

Join us on a beginner winging lesson where you'll learn the fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructors will guide you through turning techniques, proper weight distribution, and basic steering skills.

The lesson will start with onshore preparations, including setting up the board and foil, securing the wing, and understanding proper gear positioning. You'll then progress to flying the wing on shore, practicing hand placements, foot positioning, and maintaining balance.
Transitioning to the water, you'll learn how to orientate the board across the wind, and begin your first winging experience. Our instructors will guide you through turning techniques, proper weight distribution, and basic steering skills. By the end of this lesson, you'll have a solid foundation to get you up on foil.
